Polyporus - (Zhu Ling) is one of the most commonly used mushrooms in Chinese medicine for swelling, excess damp and bladder problems. It is used in the case of various types of bacterial infections and ailments of the urinary system.
It also helps to stimulate hair growth, even in hairless areas, and has active compounds that prolong the growth phase. It is a fungus that has become famous also for its hair growth promoting properties. It has been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine for various forms of hair loss.

Polyporus is an excellent diuretic. Therefore, it is one of the most widely used mushrooms in Chinese medicine for bladder swelling and excess damp. It supports urination and the treatment of bladder infections.
