Cupping is a therapy gladly used by our grandmothers and mothers. Based on medicinal purposes, cups have been used for centuries to treat various ailments. Currently, cupping is back in favour and is increasingly becoming a popular method both in the case of colds and infections, as well as various ailments related to bones, muscles and joints.

What are the course talking about

The course focuses on practical knowledge of fire cupping therapy for specific ailments. The course’s instructor, Damian Jędrzejczyk, presents a physiotherapeutic approach to cupping therapy based on Head's zones, the theory of viscerocutaneous reflexes discovered by Henry Head. From the course you will learn the safest and most effective cupping manipulations. You will also learn how to use the therapy to treat ailments such as back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, headache, cold, problems of the upper respiratory tract or digestive problems.
