1. Is there a cash on delivery option?

Yes, when picking up in person, in cash or by card, and when choosing a courier delivery service.

2. How fast are parcels shipped?

If the goods have been ordered and the payment confirmation is before 1 p.m., the goods will be shipped the same day. Then the goods should be delivered the next day.

3. What are the payment methods?

The current available payment methods for purchases in our store are: payment in cash, by card, bank transfer or via the PayU service.

4. Is it possible to pay with a payment card when picking up in the store or shopping at the stand?

Yes, we have a payment terminal that allows you to pay with a payment card.

5. Do I have to register to make a purchase?

No, registration is not necessary to make purchases in our store, although we encourage you to use this option as it will facilitate future purchases.

6. Can I provide a different shipping address and a different billing address?

Yes, you can specify a different shipping address each time you make a purchase.

7. Can I still change my order after I have placed it?

Yes, just call us at 695 849 178 and we will change your order. The change should be reported by 1 p.m. on the day on which the order was placed, if the order was placed in the morning, or by 1 p.m. the next day, if the order was placed after 1 p.m. on the previous day.

8. Can I pick up my order in person at a stationary store?

Yes, it is possible to pick up the order in our store at ul. Winnicka 52, 30-394 Kraków, after prior telephone contact to the number 695 849 178.

9. What are the delivery costs?

The costs of parcel delivery in Poland are listed here. As for the cost of shipping abroad, a table with a quote can be found at this link.

10. What account can I transfer money to to pay for the order?

The bank account number is: 47 1750 0012 0000 0000 2995 8677. Data for the transfer: TCM BRAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, NIP: 6762490342, ul. Winnicka 52, 30-394 Krakow. The title of the transfer should include "Order No. ……….".

11. What is the process of returning the goods?

Please send an e-mail to [email protected], in which you should describe the defects of the product, providing as much information as possible about the complaint (type of irregularity) and contact details. 12. Can I return the ordered product?

Yes, it is possible to withdraw from the contract up to 14 days. Before the lapse of 14 days, a statement must be sent along with the intact goods.
