Poria Cocos (pornatka, Wolfiporia extensa, Fu Ling) is an edible mushroom belonging to the order of the Arachnids. It is known in China as Fu Ling and has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 2,000 years.

It has the ability to remove Shi (Damp) from the body as well as to strengthen the spleen Qi energy, so it is added to most traditional Chinese medicine phytotherapy recipes.

It is used in ailments such as difficulty urinating, diarrhea, flatulence, insomnia, palpitations and excess mucus in the body.

It is also used in anorexia because it helps to stimulate the appetite.

1 capsule (500 mg) - Poria Cocos fruiting body extract, 30% polysaccharides, 4% triterpenes.


Standard dosage of MycoMedica products: 1-2 capsules daily. Increased dose 3-6 (after consulting your doctor)

The capsules should be taken on an empty stomach for 30 minutes. before a meal or 60 min. after meal.

Treatment time 2-3 months. It is recommended to take the capsules 5 days a week and then take a 2-day break
