Hericium is useful for various digestive problems, especially when it is accompanied by Heat, for example in the stomach. It has the ability to harmonize the stomach and digestive system, and protects and soothes the mucosa. That is why it is used in disorders of the digestive system, such as gastritis, gastric ulcer, heartburn, and reflux.

Hericium is also used to support the treatment of many other ailments, such as: neurological problems, stress, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS and depression.

It is also recommended in dealing with stress, especially with symptoms such as: tightness around the stomach or chest, lump in the throat, feeling of internal tremors, tension, premenstrual syndrome, irritability and depression. Quality & Safety

Plants and mushrooms used for MycoMedica dietary supplements are grown in the Chinese provinces of Fujian and Jiangxi, untouched by civilization, famous for their unspoiled nature. They are tested in laboratories in Germany for the presence of pesticides, heavy metals, microorganisms, harmful fungi and radiation to make sure that they are free from them and completely safe for consumers.

A bit of history...

The Latin name of this mushroom is Hericium erinaceus and it is associated with active compounds such as hericenones (hericenones), which stimulate the brain to increase the production of nerve growth factor. Due to these compounds, this mushroom is used in neurological diseases. Dr. Takashi Mizuno from Shizouka University published an article on mushrooms in his research. He emphasized the positive effects of Hericium in the fight against cancer of the stomach, esophagus, liver and skin. In turn, prof. Dr. Schnitzler in his research results writes about the antibiotic effect of Lion's Mane on Helicobacter pylori (a bacterium co-responsible for the formation of stomach ulcers and cancer), as well as the reduction of metastases during supplementation with this fungus.
