Effects of tea tree essential oil

Tea tree essential oil is used in aromatherapy due to its strong antiseptic effect, both for disinfecting the air during the period of increased flu incidence and directly on the skin in the case of skin infections such as ringworm, dandruff or eczema. It can also be used in household cleaning products.

Properties

• The essential oil is suitable for inhalation.
• It is not recommended to use oils in heating fireplaces, but it will work very well in nebulizers or diffusers (5-10 drops).
• The oil can be used in a relaxing bath (do not pour the oil directly into the water, but first mix 5-10 drops of essential oil with 15 ml of vegetable oil).
• The oil can be used in massage (do not use the oil directly on the skin, but first mix 2-6 drops of the oil with 15 ml of vegetable oil).
