The multi-needle applicator, one the biggest of the Ylapko mats. Stimulates large surface of the body. Recommended as an applicator for the back and neck. It helps in cases of back spasm, neck, muscle pains, helpful for stress release, promotes good sleep, increased energy and circulation, faster muscle recovery after workout, enhances digestion and many more. Can be used not only in laying position but also on the chair.

The multi-needle applicators were developed by Nikolay Lyapko, MD, PhD and reflexologist. They are used in multi-needle therapy, reflexotherapy or clavitherapy to stimulate biologically active points. Lyapko applicators are a form of non-invasive acupuncture because they stimulate active points without affecting the structure of the patient's skin.

When to use the multi-needle mat?

The applicator is a great support in cases of immune system diseases, diseases of the nervous system, diseases of the cardiovascular system.

Application

In order to obtain a tonic effect or to relieve severe pain, use the mat for 10-15 minutes. In order to relax, especially in case of chronic ailments - 20-30 minutes. Treatment should be continued for 10-14 days, and repeated after 2-4 weeks.
