MycoSomat is a dietary supplement that combines the effects of medicinal mushrooms and Chinese herbs in a balanced way. The blend is based on the traditional Chinese recipe of Xiao Yao San, used in states of increased tension. MycoSomat is adapted to a man in modern times, that very often experience a lot of stress.
MycoSomat contains all of the Herbs contained in MycoStress but it is a slight modification that has a wider range of application. It is intended for more "overheated" people from stress and emotions.
In addition to the herbs and mushrooms that are used in MycoStress, such as Hericium, the following additional ingredients are used in the MycoSomat supplement:
Supports the body in states of increased tension
Helps to restore balance disturbed by high stress load
Promotes good sleep
Supports the treatment of anxiety, depression and anxiety
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the Gan system (wood, Liver) can be blocked and subsequently heated due to stress and excessive emotions. This blockade can cause further stagnations in various parts of the body. It can be described as stress somatisation. Stress somatisation means the transmission of mental tension to different parts of the body. A person suffering from long-term or severe stress often begins to feel various pressures or feelings of anxiety, especially on the front of the body – Adam’s apple, distress or pressure on the chest, need for deep breathing and sighing, pressure in the solar plexus, around the stomach, gallbladder or intestines. In women, various menstrual pains are common somatisation.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, almost every disease is preceded by the formation of an energy block somewhere in the body. The energy cluster is caused by suppressed emotions, according to the motto – consciousness is in the mind, emotions in the body. Suppressed emotions give rise to various pains, anxieties, vague feelings, which form the basis of physical illnesses, especially of an autoimmune nature.
According to Chinese medicine, the mixture also has a strong An Shen effect (An means calming, Shen - spirit, mind). Despite strengthening Xin (Heart), it harmonises Shen, the soul. In other words, it can be said that the mixture can bring the psyche back into balance. Herbs such as Suan Zao Ren (jujube) and He Huan Pi (sensitive mimosa) are strongly involved in this effect, as well as the Reishi and Hericium mushrooms.
The mushrooms used for MycoMedica dietary supplements are grown in the Chinese provinces of Fujian and Jiangxi, untouched by civilization, famous for their unspoiled nature. Mushrooms are tested in laboratories in Germany for the presence of pesticides, heavy metals, microorganisms, harmful fungi and radiation to make sure that they are free from them and completely safe for consumers. In the same laboratories the mushrooms are also tested to make sure that they contain only high-quality mushroom polysaccharides, which guarantee their health-promoting properties.
