Effects of Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Eucalyptus globulus essential oil is known for its potent antiseptic properties. It is highly useful for upper respiratory infections as it helps to thin mucus and acts as an expectorant. It's effective in relieving a congested nose. When used externally, it provides relief for rheumatic discomfort. When diffused in a room, it stimulates action and elevates energy levels.

Using Essential Oils

The essential oil is suitable for inhalation. Using oil warmers is not recommended, but it works well in nebulizers or diffusers (5-10 drops). The oil can be used in a relaxing bath (do not directly add the oil to the water; instead, mix 5-10 drops of essential oil with 15 ml of carrier oil). The oil can be used for massage (do not apply the oil directly to the skin; instead, mix 2-6 drops of essential oil with 15 ml of carrier oil).

Note: The product should not be used by pregnant women and during breastfeeding. The product should not be used by children and should also be kept out of their reach. Protect the product from sunlight.
