Product Description

The mixture Xiao Qing Long Wan is a dietary supplement based on the recipe of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the form of compressed pills.

Xiao Qing Long Wan Recipe according to TCM*

The recipe Xiao Qing Long Wan is a blend of Chinese herbs recommended for Cold Wind attacks. Herbs such as cassia twig (Gui Zhi) or prepared ginger root (Gan Jiang) thereby supporting the proper response of the immune system, especially in situations of exposure to drafts. It happens through loosening the surface, allowing the expulsion of Wind Cold (Feng Han).

Chinese magnolia vine (We Wei Zi) contributes to maintaining the proper functioning of the upper respiratory tract and prevents excessive sweating. Additionally, it exhibits adaptogenic properties and strengthens and vitalizes the entire body.

Common apricot seed (Xing Ren) soothes coughs and stimulates cytokine production.

Other herbs aim to stimulate the body to eliminate Phlegm (Tan), including licorice root (Gan Cao), which, besides supporting the proper condition of the respiratory tract, contributes to digestive comfort.

The entire blend works to support the proper functioning of the immune system.

*Terms written in capital letters are from Traditional Chinese Medicine and may have different meanings than similar terms used in Western nomenclature. For example, "Stomach" in TCM refers to the entire functional cycle related to digestion and metabolism, not the specific anatomical organ. Concepts such as "Qi" or "Essence" do not have equivalents in Western terminology.

The herbal actions are based on health claims from Regulation 432/2012, EFSA opinions on health claims, and a compilation of pending claims from www.oswiadczenia.eu.
