The roller is used for massage and face lifting and is used in the Japanese technique of shiatsu massage. How to use the quartz roller?

The massage roller is best used in the Japanese shiatsu massage technique. The massage is initially performed only with the hands - starting with stroking movements, and then moving on to pressing the fingers. After the manual massage is finished, a quartz roller is used to close the pores and improve the microcirculation of the massaged skin. When the device is used to close pores after massage, facial peeling and acupuncture treatments, it is best to put the roller in the refrigerator for several minutes before the procedure to cool the stone and improve its properties.
