Effects of Lemon Essential Oil

Natural lemon essential oil is a unique product obtained from the fruit of the lemon tree, known botanically as Citrus limon (L.) Burm. It's the perfect way to evoke a feeling of freshness and cleanliness. Thanks to its antioxidant and cleansing properties, lemon essential oil can help maintain healthy skin. It is a popular ingredient in natural body care cosmetics, adding shine and radiance to the skin. It has strong anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and bactericidal properties, as well as a pleasant, refreshing scent - which is why it is often used in ecological cleaning products. It helps fight nausea caused by pregnancy or motion sickness. It has a brightening and disinfecting effect on the skin. It has a degreasing effect - a few drops can be added to the shampoo for oily hair, it will help cleanse it and add shine. Effectively removes stains from stickers or resin (acts as a solvent). It calms down, relieves anxiety and reduces mental fatigue, and has a refreshing and stimulating effect.

Using Essential Oils

The essential oil is suitable for inhalation. Using oil warmers is not recommended, but it works well in nebulizers or diffusers (5-10 drops). The oil can be used in a relaxing bath (do not directly add the oil to the water; instead, mix 5-10 drops of essential oil with 15 ml of carrier oil). The oil can be used for massage (do not apply the oil directly to the skin; instead, mix 2-6 drops of essential oil with 15 ml of carrier oil).
