Using Essential Oils

• Essential oil is suitable for inhalation.
• It is not recommended to use oils in heating burners, but it works well in nebulizers or diffusers (5-10 drops).
• The oil can be used in a relaxing bath (do not pour the oil directly into the water; instead, mix 5-10 drops of essential oil with 15 ml of vegetable oil).
• The oil can be used in massage (do not apply the oil directly to the skin; instead, mix 2-6 drops of oil with 15 ml of vegetable oil).

Use the product diluted, for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
