Essential oil from mandarin orange peels (Citrus nobilis). The oil has a fresh, citrusy, slightly sweet scent, and an orange color.

A bit of History...

According to traditional Chinese medicine, the Chinese used essential oils during periods when they were particularly susceptible to colds, congestion, or the flu – typically during the transition from winter to autumn. They also used it for migraines, sinus congestion, and to stimulate themselves into action.

Ingedients

100% Mandarin essential oil. Extracted through cold pressing.

Blending

Mandarin oil blends well with bergamot, lavender, lemon, and clove oils.

Application

Mandarin peel oil has a distinctive, intense scent with sweet and citrusy notes. It is excellent for aromatherapy due to its calming and mood-boosting effects. Additionally, it is recommended for individuals with sleep problems and anxiety.

Due to its relaxing and antispasmodic properties, the oil is perfect for massaging the stomachs of children experiencing digestive issues, such as colic. Mandarin oil is safe for the skin; however, for very young children, it should be diluted in a carrier oil, such as almond oil. Sample dilution ratios are 1-4 drops of essential oil to 30 ml of carrier oil.*

Mandarin oil is best used in glass nebulizers and ultrasonic diffusers. It effectively disinfects and refreshes the air. The product should be diluted and used for external purposes only. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.

Caution: The product should not be used by children and should be kept out of their reach. Protect the product from sunlight. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid using the oil. The oil is photosensitive – avoid sun exposure on the skin for 12 hours after application.
