Product description 

An essential oil made from the seeds of Malabar cardamom (Elettaria cardamonum), naturally found in India and Sri Lanka. The oil was obtained from crops from Guatemala. Cardamom essential oil has a very sweet scent with hints of spiciness. When heated, it releases a slightly more menthol flavor. The color of the essential oil varies from colorless to pale yellow.

A bit of history...

According to traditional Chinese medicine, essential oils were used in periods of exposure to colds, runny nose or flu, i.e. at the turn of winter and autumn, as well as in the case of migraine headaches, sinus rhinitis and to stimulate energy.

100% essential oil. Obtained in the process of steam distillation.

Properties 

Cardamom oil is a great means of supporting the body in all digestive ailments. When used during abdominal massage, it will help with flatulence, nausea and cramps. Additionally, it is used as an aphrodisiac and supports libido, so it is worth adding it to the base oil and using it for massage. Additionally, the aroma of the oil increases concentration and soothes the nervous system.

It is not recommended to use oils in oil burners, but they will work very well in nebulisers or diffusers.

Use the product diluted, for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, inner ear and sensitive areas.

Note: The product should not be used by children and should also be kept out of their reach. Protect the product from sunlight. The oil should not be used by pregnant and lactating women.
