According to traditional Chinese medicine, essential oils were used in periods of exposure to colds, runny nose or flu, i.e. at the turn of winter and autumn, as well as in the case of migraine headaches, sinus rhinitis and to stimulate energy to act.

Properties  

Essential oil suitable for inhalation and bathing. When added to the base oil, it can also be used for an aromatic massage. It has a relaxing effect and improves the mood. Perfect for body care, also for anti-cellulite massages. Reduces scars and discoloration. Perfect as an insect repellent.

It is not recommended to use oils in oil burners, but they will work very well in nebulisers or diffusers. Use the product diluted, for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes.
