A bit of history...

According to traditional Chinese medicine, essential oils were used in periods of exposure to colds, runny nose or flu, i.e. at the turn of winter and autumn, as well as in the case of migraine headaches, sinus rhinitis and to stimulate energy to act.

100% essential oil. Obtained in the process of steam distillation.

Properties 

The essential oil is suitable for inhalation and bath. When added to the base oil, it can also be used for an aromatic massage. However, you should be careful, because lemon essential oil has photosensitising properties, which means that after using it, you should not expose your skin to direct sunlight. It is recommended for the care of acne-prone skin because it helps soothe inflammation, brightens the skin and supports pimples removal. It can also be a great complement to antifungal and antibacterial therapies - the diluted essential oil should be applied to the areas of the skin affected by mycosis. Lemon oil improves mood, helps to relieve stress and trauma, remove the feeling of anxiety and tension. Sprayed during intellectual work, it increases concentration. Lemon oil also helps soothe nausea so it can support pregnant women in the first trimester.

It is not recommended to use citrus essential oil in heating fireplaces because the high temperature reduces its properties. Citrus oils are best used in glass nebulizers because when used in plastic diffusers, they can react with plastics. Use the product diluted, for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, inner ear and sensitive areas.

Note: The product should not be used by children and should also be kept out of their reach. Protect the product from sunlight. Pregnant and lactating women can use the essential oil after prior consultation with the doctor.
