Facial Roller made of high-quality, beautiful jadeite. The jadeite facial roller is used for firming and lifting cosmetic facial massage. The facial roller has two massaging ends made of smooth jadeite. It features silver finishing elements.
The jadeite massage roller, alongside nephrite, one of the so-called jade stones, widely used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The jadeite roller is used for facial massage and lifting. Jades, called "stones of youth" in Asia, affect the body by closing pores with cold and improving blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, thereby having anti-wrinkle effects and reducing dark circles and eye bags. The massage roller is also used in the Japanese shiatsu massage technique.
The metal mounting is more resistant to corrosion and does not discolor over time as traditional brass mounts do (those in gold color). It should be noted that each of the rollers is handmade. As it is a natural stone, it is never possible to create two identical rollers; each of them may differ in color or shape of the massaging roller, which does not affect the quality of the treatment.
The massage roller is 15.5 cm long. Its large jadeite end is 4.5 cm long with a diameter of 2.0 cm, and the small end is 2.0 cm long with a diameter of 1.5 cm.
The jadeite massage roller is used in cosmetic therapy for lifting, reducing swelling, relaxing and soothing facial skin, reducing wrinkles and lines, as well as dark circles and eye bags, and also for combating problems associated with couperose (vascular skin). The jadeite roller is very effective to use after facial treatments - massage, peeling, and cosmetic acupuncture, as these treatments open pores that jadeite allows to close.
The massage roller is best used in the Japanese lifting technique based on shiatsu massage. The massage is initially done solely by hands - starting with stroking movements, then moving on to finger pressure. After completing manual massage, the jadeite roller is used to close pores and improve microcirculation of the massaged skin. When the device is used to close pores after facial massage, peeling, and acupuncture, it is best to cool the roller in the refrigerator for several minutes before the treatment to cool the stone - this improves its effectiveness in closing pores.
